Rules

Fair play and mutual respect are the guiding principles of the martial arts. In tournament competition, we seek to adhere to these principles through implementation of a uniform set of rules that are consistent between all tournaments within our circuit. This allows for equal opportunity of all participants, along with rules that are also intended to provide a safe environment for all competitors.
